Our Process
What to expect of your guided experience:

ONE OF ONE / Limited / Exquisite / Unlimited / Treasure Chest
- We begin with a consultation to set a framework for your project and begin the design process which includes educational information to help you in making your choices of gem stones and metals. This includes cut, color, clarity and Carat weight of your stone(s) and the carat purity of your metals.
- A quote is generated and down payment collected.
- Next we finalize and confirm the Design
- Simultaneously to the approval of your design, we help you make your final choice of stones and secure your approval with high quality photos and video which leave no question as to the quality of your choices. (We recommend and sell 3rd party GIA, EGL, AGS Certified and Canada Mark Fully traceable diamonds to eliminate any concerns you may have about the quality and origins of your purchase.)
- Once your new treasure is finished we take final photos and video for your approval
- We ship your order fully insured in discrete packaging.
Addendum:
- We offer in person consultation and personal delivery services for our ONE of ONE and Limited / Exquisite Series Lines. Please inquire about these services as they are approved on an individual basis.
- You must have an account to access these lines.
- Lead times vary during the year and can be as much as 5 months depending on the complexity of your order.
