Terms of return:
- Items purchased through the Treasure Chest our on-line store (stock design with no alterations) must have damage or not be the correct item in able to be eligible to be returned for replacement of an undamaged or corrected item. Otherwise all sales of this fashion are final.
- Incorrect item does not include ring size fit. Do not order unless you are positive of your ring size. If the size (stamped on the inside of the shank) matches your order size it is not eligible for return.
State of return:
- Purchases can not have been worn other than tried on for fit. ( if it does not fit easily and comfortably do not proceed; Any damage from ill-fitting items will not be accepted and will incur a repair fee.
- All Original packaging must accompany the return.
- Reason for return must be stated in writing (pictures of damage or wrong item must be included. If your outer or inner packaging is damaged please take a picture of it before opening the packaging to check for damage to your new treasure. (This protects you in the case of a damaged item return.) .
Process for return :
- Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item to let us know there is an issue. (Within an hour of receiving is required) Items suspected of being altered, worn for an event or for the evening will not be granted return).
- All returns must be approved by SweetLeaf Jewlery in writing (email is acceptable text is not).
- Once return of your item is approved it must be shipped within the same business day.
- Please contact us immediately for any and all circumstances that don't fit the listed scenarios.
- All return items will go thru a confirmation process that the item was not altered or replaced once we receive it. This process includes but is not limited to confirmation of serial numbers of gem stones and purity confirmation of any metals.
